The Institute for Responsible Housing Preservation (IRHP) held its midyear meeting last week on June 25. Twenty-two members were present at the working lunch meeting chaired by Institute Counsel, Steve Wallace.
The first item on our agenda was the Capitol Hill update. Of primary interest was the affordable housing preservation legislation that IRHP and other groups (including National Leased Housing Association, National Housing Trust, Stewards of Affordable Housing), have been working on for several years.
